Home care assistance can be provided for any period of time from a few hours a week to round-the-clock care including weekends and holidays. We offer quality services for private duty care in patients’ homes, hospitals, or long-term care facilities.

Our Personal Care, prevent the separation that your love ones often feel by elders living alone and function as support which allows your elderly and disabled parents to remain in the comfort of their home for as long as they want to be and are able to do so.
Companionship

Companion Service offers conversation and friendship while running errands, playing games or watching TV. Our companions encourage involvement with peer related activities, such as cards, bingo or crafts, for brain fitness and are delighted to engage in reminiscent conversation.

Homemaker

Homemaker Service offers an organized and clean home. Responsibilities are similar to our Companions that ensures the environment is always clean, which includes and not limited to light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. They also can assist with walking your pet, letter correspondence, meal planning, shopping and preparation and room organization.

Transportation

Medicaid transportation is a service that ensures beneficiaries can get to their medical or healthcare appointments at the scheduled time at no cost to them. The transport is non-emergency in nature, which includes pre-scheduled trips to primary care providers.
Our private service includes services such as trips to the gym, supermarket, family visits, visits to parks or recreational areas, among others.

Personal Care Services (PCS) is governed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to provide medically necessary assistance in the home with activities of daily living for individuals 20 years old and younger: bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting/perineal care, transferring/mobility, turning/positioning, dressing and feeding.
